A project may require contact details, a brief, footage, photographs, feedback, billing details and payment confirmation. These support communication, quotations, agreed services and applicable legal obligations. Business contact enquiries may rely on legitimate interests in business communication; enquiries and services for the contracting customer may rely on steps towards, or performance of, a contract.
Materials you share
Check that you may share footage and personal data of people appearing in it. Agree a suitable transfer method and access before sharing sensitive or confidential information. Where a separate data processing agreement is required, its terms should be settled before materials are transferred.
Browser preferences
The website remembers your language in browser local storage under vc.locale. The code also supports the currency preference vc.locale.currency and translation cache vc.hr.cache. Clear the website data in your browser to remove these preferences. The current website implementation does not include advertising pixels or visitor analytics tools.
External services and links
Email is sent through your email provider. PayPal, Instagram and TikTok links open separate services with their own privacy rules. You do not enter card details or PayPal credentials on this website. Project transfer methods and services are agreed for each project. Providers may process data outside your country; check their terms and applicable safeguards before sharing confidential materials.
Technical data and retention
The server and hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times and technical details for website delivery and security. The scope and retention of these logs depend on the hosting configuration. Project file availability and any archive are agreed for each project. Records needed for legal obligations or claims may have separate retention requirements. Email us for information about specific records.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability subject to the relevant conditions. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
